SLA breaching need to send reminders

If the incident was breaching the SLA limit how i can send reminders to assigned person manually from service now

Hello @sekharn ,
We have SLA Breached field on the SLA table, so once the SLA has been breached, that field value changes to True. So, you can add a condition SLA breached to True, then send a notification to the Assigned to field.

Hi @sekharn
Please check whether the SLA is attached to the workflow. If not, you need to attach the OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) workflow and ensure that reminders are sent at 75%, 90%, and so on.
