Hi,
How can I edit (add/remove fields) the list of fields under in the top of the incident in service Operation Workspace?

This is handled through the UX Form Header record.
- Go to All > Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Header Configurations
- Find the SOW Header Config record and click into it
- Find the table name, in this case it would be incident
- Switch into the correct scope and add or remove items to the Secondary Values related list.
