There is a button "Complete Risk Assessment " in all Change Types where it calculates the Risk value .On clicking this button a form opens to select choices for different question .So i want this form to be editable for change_manager ,so they can change its value later .
Complete Risk Assessment => its a OOB UI Action
It calls a OOB script include (900 lines code ,so can't share ) .
