For the CSA or any mainline exam, the training provided by ServiceNow—specifically the eBook and official Now Learning modules—is the best and most reliable single source of truth.
You’ll need to complete the CSA training fully. As a ServiceNow trainer, this is something I strongly recommend.
A Few Tips for CSA (Certified System Administrator):
-
Go through the training line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.
-
Do all the labs 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them—read and understand the instructions behind each step.
-
Follow the official eBook, again 2–3 times to reinforce key concepts.
-
If you're stuck or need guidance, feel free to watch my video sharing my CSA experience:
All the best on your CSA journey! Let me know if I can help in any way
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Go through ServiceNow training materials and learning path recommendations. To test your knowledge, you can take quiz and attempt sample questions from below link,

Hi @moadilansari ,
If you're preparing for the CSA or CAD exams on or after the Yokohama release, it's a good idea to review the delta changes introduced since Xanadu.
While most of the core concepts remain unchanged, ServiceNow typically introduces new features and updated terminology in each release, which may appear in exam questions.
To support your preparation, here are some helpful resources:
CSA Resources:

CAD Resources:

I recommend going through the Yokohama release notes and checking for any exam blueprint updates on Now Learning to ensure you're aligned with the latest version.
Good luck with your exam prep!
If this response helped, please mark it as the correct answer so it can help others as well.
Thank you!!

Hi @moadilansari ,
I can suggest a couple of things:
First, complete the NowLearning fundamental courses. Once you're done, watch a few YouTube videos to better understand ServiceNow. At the same time, practice everything on your personal PDI using the latest version. After that, read the release notes and the fundamental ebook. Once you've completed those, practice with sample questions or dumps available online from ExamTopics, braindumps and other websites.
Please let me know if you need links for any of these resources.
Try this once and let me know. If you find this helpful, please accept this as a solution and hit the helpful button.
