after completing all the prerequested courses , icould not find the voucher nor the could register for the csa exam, anyon could help me on this

Hi @varghesepDe ,
The exam platform has changed - Webassessor is no longer used. Vouchers are also no longer provided for the CSA exam.
You now need to register directly through Pearson VUE.

Hi @varghesepDe
From tomorrow, there is a No process for vouchers, which means the previous voucher method will no longer be valid. The exam vendor process is changing and that bring new change.
Now, you can book the exam directly from ServiceNow University instead of going through the vendor site. Just wait for a short while ( wait for today) , and you’ll be all set to book the exam without a voucher.
(Note: This is based on the backend logic ) . If you still face any issues, log a Now Learning case.

Starting tomorrow, the voucher process will no longer be used, meaning the previous voucher method is no longer valid. The exam vendor process is being updated, which introduces a new workflow.
You will now be able to book your exam directly through ServiceNow University instead of using the vendor’s website.
Please wait until later today for the update to take effect, and then you should be able to schedule your exam without needing a voucher.
(Note: This change is based on the updated backend logic.) If you continue to experience any issues, please open a Now Learning case for assistance.
