Hello,
I don't know if this is the correct forum location for my question. If I completed the CSA fundamentals on-demand course in Aug 2022. I am now returning to ServiceNow again, which version was the 2022 version and if I want to take another on-demand course, can I just take the newest released version (Xanadu)? and then pay for the voucher, then I can sit for my mainline exam, and then I need to do the Delta exam? What will be the order in which I do steps?
Thanks

Check if your CSA certification has expired from ServiceNow University account as it is most likely scenario if you have not completed delta certifications.
All certification exams after July 23, 2025 will be on Yokohama release,
Once your complete CSA certification, it will be current and active and when next delta exam is due, you need to complete to maintain the certification.
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.

Hi @Nihad Arif ,
2022 was Sandiago but i hope you completed your course some time back of Exam so most probably it will be Rome or San diago version where you appeared for CSA. It must be expired now so navigate to ServiceNow university now and start with ServiceNow Fundamentals course again. Once training completed, pay and get your Voucher. In next 1 year schedule and complete your CSA. You need to appear for Delta in next verison around after 1 year of completing your CSA.
If my answer helped you, please mark it- Solution accepted.

@Nihad Arif In Aug 2022, the San Diego release was the main active version. Shortly after, Tokyo came out (Sept 2022). So if you took CSA Fundamentals on-demand in Aug 2022, you most likely studied San Diego CSA Fundamentals content.
Take CSA Fundamentals (latest version, Xanadu) on-demand is fine if that’s what you prefer.Purchase the exam voucher (through Now Learning) Sit for the CSA mainline exam (one-time certification exam).
After passing, you’ll be required to complete Delta exams every 6 months when new releases come out (these are short, free, and online).

Deltas are now once a year, not every six months, and Now Learning has been renamed ServiceNow University.

@Nihad Arif , Order will be,
Check previous certification version (e.g., San Diego/Tokyo).
Enroll in the latest on-demand course (Xanadu) to learn current platform features.
Purchase an exam voucher for the mainline CSA exam.
Sit for the mainline CSA exam (Xanadu).
Take the Delta exam if you want to update your previous certification to the latest release.
