Hope so you are doing well. Can you guide me that i can book CSA service Now exam without training or taining is prerequisite the i can book my exam.
Please guide me about it and Service Now.

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, anyone or everyone must complete this training. Now question about the fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN), if not then you need to pay USD 500 plus taxes.

2. Voucher: After completing training, you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applies. The voucher cost is also USD 300 plus taxes. ( It changed to $450, please check)

Yes, you need training to get prepared for CSA. If you have the partner portal access you can get the ServiceNow fundamentals training on demand course and you can get started, once you will complete the on demand training you will get the voucher to book you exam.
