I don't have an wessessor account and i want to create it also want to link in service now university to take an CSA exam . from where i do it and please guide me for scheduling my exam. and which mail i should use for that account company or personal.

Steps
1) create webassessor account with your personal email
2) I hope you have the CSA voucher from your ServiceNow university account associated with your company which is a partner of ServiceNow
3) Link Webassessor and ServiceNow University
4) then you can use that voucher for scheduling the exam

You can use any email. In my case, I’m using my personal email for Webassessor login, while my Now Learning account is linked to my official email.

You can use company or personal ID to create webassessor account.
After you complete on-demand or in-person training, you would have received voucher for the exam. Go to Webassessor account, login after signup and go to Register for an exam. Select the exam you want to attempt, select the type of proctor you want and in the payment page, enter the voucher and it will book the exam.

If you need to reschedule or cancel the exam, do so before 72 hours so that you do not need to spend any out of pocket costs for rebooking.
