Custom Subcategory field drop-down options are not visible in the list view

Hi Team,

 

We have category and subcategory custom fields are there in incident task form. Basedon category value subcategory options will visible.

But when we are trying to change options in list view - No other options are visible. Attached screenshot for your reference.

 

There is no Ui policies, BR, Client scripts, ACL's on this field.

Did you create a new field on the task table? That is not good, as these fields already exits Better create this on your required table.

Try cache.  also, did you map the sub-cat correctly with language and labels?

Yes - it's work in form and list filter as well. Only issue is in the list view.

it should work on list as well.

The user you are using has write access to subcategory field as well?
