Objective: Develop a Knowledge AI system that enhances Knowledge management by automatically summarizing resolved incidents, validate if there are any existing KB articles. If there are none, suggest or create a new Knowledge Base (KB) article.

Description:

Incident Summarization: When a new incident is resolved, the Gen AI system will read and summarize the incident details.

KB Article Matching: The system will then search for existing KB articles that are relevant to the resolved incident.

KB Article Creation: If no relevant KB articles are found, the system will create a new KB article based on the incident summary and save it in Draft Stage for further review.
