>Create Xanadu instance to mirror the release my institution currently uses
>Go to "Start Building"
>Error, the page you are trying to reach cannot be found
>Go to "ServiceNow Studio"
>Error, the page you are trying to reach cannot be found
>Search for App Engine Studio, Service Now Studio, etc
>No search results under All
>Wipe and reset instance
>No Changes, still unable to access build tools
>Upgrade to Yokohama, knowing that it will not be the same experience as current institution's deployment
>Wipe and reset for good measure
>Go to "Start Building"
>Asking for MFA code on admin account for a default admin@example.com email address, no apparent way to reset this
Holy smokes people, if someone can help me log into the admin account and use the build tools on, preferably Xanadu, that would be neat

Hi @expertexley
- There is no support available for PDI.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Just get rid of it and request a new one. You can log in from the developer site with the admin account.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
