Dificuldade na Validação da Atividade do Dashboard

Hello, team,

I'm having trouble validating the dashboard activity. I followed all the steps: I created the incident visualization by priority, added it to the 'My Incidents Summary' panel, set up the colors, the dimension, and the grouping. But in the end, the system doesn't validate the activity.

I've redone it several times, and even so, I can't move forward. I kindly ask you to check what might be preventing the validation, or if there's any specific adjustment I haven't made yet.

isso parece que o data visualisation nao tem o nome préprio:

E talvez precisas de adicionar por o dashboard?

Crie um chart (data visualisation) com o nome "Incident by priority",

Crie um dashboard que se chama "My Incident Overview",

Adiçione o chart para o dashboard.

E mudaste o cor como for propósito? 

Algumas vezes está mais fácil a recomeçer de novo melhor do que tentar a buscar o que está incorreto 😄 se precisar estou ao dispor.. boa sorte e diz como te continuas com isso 

PS: usualmente podemos completar um lab em 80 % então podes pular esta parte e não perder esforços por aquela coisinha que afinal não é tão importante..

I'm having an issue with this lab and I can't move forward.

Unfortunately, I can't reach the required 80% because the task preventing me from completing the lab is exactly this one. I have already redone the entire lab multiple times from the beginning, following all the instructions carefully, but this step continues to fail.

My ServiceNow instance is about to expire, and because of this issue I haven't been able to advance to the next stage. As a result, I still haven't received my certificate, even though I completed all the other tasks successfully.

Could you please help me understand what I'm doing wrong, or check if there might be an issue with the lab itself?

• Assessment Simulator Task 5: Order an Item from the Service Catalog
• Assessment Simulator Task 6: Create a Dashboard and a Visualization
• Assessment Simulator Task 7: Flag and Comment on a Knowledge Article

If it allows you, just skip it and try to finish the 7th task, perhaps it will get you above the 80 % score to be able completing it. Boa sorte!
