Drop-down text visibility is not clear in EC portal

Hi Team,

 

We have to change for employee center portal drop-down option colour or text colour to veiw clearly to the customers visibilty. Could you please guide me how to change only for EC portal?

Its happing for the all users only in EC portal for drop-down only.
