HI All,
Im facing issue with mega menu taxonomies. I have 2 taxonomies but only one is visible i.e. IT.
I'm using new taxonomy name not employee center - attached the SS. Does this create any issue?
And i've attached the screen shots that In Rick and compliance all the child topics and connected content are active. Why its still not visible?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @NelishaJ
As per my understanding, only one taxonomy works in the ESC portal, which can be considered a limitation in the design. In your case, since you're new, it might not work in the backend, as the out-of-the-box (OOTB) taxonomy is linked in many places, which is missing for the new taxonomy. I would not recommend creating a new taxonomy. Instead, if required, make changes to the OOTB taxonomy and use it.
