Why trigger rules are not triggering the workflow when conditions are met.

The change request - normal baed on template workflow which i created that should i configure in oob one or should i disable oob one?please suggest.i created one change and set the fields per condition but not triggering the change tasks as designed in workflow.

You should not disable the OOB workflow right away. you should:

  1. Keep the OOB workflow active for fallback/reference.

  2. Configure your change request to use your custom workflow via condition or template logic.

  3. Make sure your custom workflow is correctly assigned and published, and Start conditions are met.
