Flow designer reference field value not coming in domain separated environment

Hi Team,
Good day !!
I am working in domain separated environment. when i submit the request that time reference field value is not coming but the same RITM i tested through flow expected value i am getting .
I am not sure why the value is not coming when submit the request from native view
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for response as end customer works on SC task so that they should have visibility of task but i change to " system admin" the value is not coming and task has been created .
for the workaround purpose i will go with "Workflow" there is no issue with that .
But now -a- days flow designer give more actions so that we don not write lots of code .
So i treating as "Bug " of this flow ?

I believe you should run flow as System User.
There are challenges faced when you don't run Flow as System User.

Thanks for your response . I run the flow "user who initiated the session" that time values are coming , but the SC task not visible to "ITIL" user but when i run the flow "system user" that time reference field value is not coming , but i test the same RITM with test on the flow all the exact values are coming.

sc_task not visible to ITIL user has no relationship with the flow.
Does your user belong to correct domain etc?

When i impersonate with ITIL user that time security constraint error i m getting and task has not been created.
