Function buttons (Create, Copy and New) to be available only to Security BCM groups in BCM workspace

Hello Business Continuity workspace 

As per the requirement, the UI Action shown in the screenshot should work only for users who belong to the Security – BCM Administrator group. For all other users, the Copy UI Action should not work.

I am not clear where exactly this needs to be updated—whether in Configurable Workspace or in the UI Action itself—and what script needs to be modified.

Could someone please help clarify where to make this change and what the correct script should be? This would be greatly appreciated.
