Having Issues with an assignment

Hi everyone! I am hoping to get some help with this part of an assignment. I am trying to complete Assessment Simulator task 4, and when I get to the part where I have to go to Favorites, I do not see "my incidents". Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

wasn't the addition of "My Incidents" to Favourites supposed to be under a specific user? 

Perhaps impersonating for platform_user or somebody else?

Hi @ClarenceR ,

Firstly - Which Training assessment you are talking about? Secondly - are you on your PDI or test Instance given in the training? Third - If they are asking to impersonate as Platform_user - are you doing it?
