Hi Team, I have created new fields in interaction table but those fields are not showing in service operations workspace .please help on this.

Hi @AA6 ,
configure->form layout
set the view to Service Operations workpsace and add the fields you have created to the form layout
and then do cache.do and log out and log in
you should be able to see the fields in the SOW

If you want to add anything on SOW form from ITIL view, change the form view to "Service Operational Workspace".
After from layout you can add the field in selected tab.

When you create new field on any table, it gets added to default view automatically.
Service Operations Workspace uses workspace view to render form.
Ensure your Workspace view has that field added.
