Hide Workspace List

Hi Team,

I need to hide list of workspaces, and show to respective roles and make others accessible for admin.

By default, the admin can see all workspaces (OOTB behavior). However, a user with a specific role should only see the workspace(s) assigned to that role. Please make sure you’ve added the correct roles or users to set the visibility of each workspace accordingly.

if logged in user satisfies visibility for any 1 workspace that Workspaces will be shown in banner and when you click that Workspaces text list of workspaces will be seen which user can then navigate to.

Example: open your workspace in UI Builder and then Click on Experience Settings, See the roles and you can see the ACL as well

If you don't want user to see particular workspace then ensure your user doesn't have that role in that ACL either directly or via inheritance.
