How Approvers state is getting update at the same time for group Approvals.

Hi team 

 

please help me to get this answer. in my case wherever RITM is created for that Approvers are there to approver the requested. but the issue is in the "Approvers" state is getting updated as "Requested". but in group approval it is still showing as "Not Yet Requested". So for this scenario what need to check. 

I have checked business rule and client script return for "RITM" and "sysapproval_approver" table but i am not getting the issue.

is it group approval or individual approval?

If the sysapproval_approver records are generated due to group approval then the group approval will be in Requested state and unless the approver approves it will be in that state.
