How do I disconnect an app from source control?

I have a Studio application which is linked to source control (Gitlab repo).

I would like to reconnect the application to a different Gitlab server, which will be hosting the same repo that is being used now. How is this done? I can't see a 'disconnect from repo' option on the source control menu.

How do you change the repo connection details? They are greyed out on the repo configuration screen.
