Unable t update users field in scheduled email of report

Hi Team,

 

I am working on a scheduled email of report in ServiceNow and i am unable the users field

 

the filed appears read only/ not allowing to add or remove users even I have full admin access and report admin access also

I am experiencing the same issue.

 

This is an issue with Zurich based off  the following KB article and ServiceNow is investigating.

 

Only the user specified in the 'Run as' field for a scheduled report can modify the Users, Groups, a... 

 

I tried changing myself to the 'run as' user and wasn't able to update the users field.  

 

I did set the run as to the person the created the report and impersonated them and was able to adjust the users.
