How to create report on incident table whenever priority changes from one to another?

For example i have created today one incident on Priority high then later on Changed to Medium

here need data from how many priority Changes(past /Future).

If u know the Answer, pls respond.

You can check the history.

Follow the below steps:

1) Open the incident record

2) Right click on the header and open the context menu

3) Click History > List

4) From the Audit History, filter the Label to priority

Instead of going each and every incident, Can we create report directly?

You can try History table (sys_history_line).

Please note that this is a huge table, running report regularly may impact performance of your instance
