How to develop using RITM without using AppEngine

Hi,

I want to create an application based on RITM.
Until now, we have been developing using App Engine, but this time we need to re-implement the services within the ITSM package(RITM)  without using App Engine.
Do you have any suggestions for implementing what was created in App Engine within the ITSM(RITM)?

Also, please let me know if there are any things to be careful about or any limitations that may arise.

Best Regards,

Hi @Mi1 ,

Map your custom functionality and see how it suits with REQ-RITM-SCTASK. I recommend you not to modify directly anything OOTB, if you need to create anything, just duplicate and edit but always have an OOTB version to compare. Apart form that, create your scope and functionality need it over there and then use global objects, create cross scope access between applications for avoiding errors and problems.

Hi Mi1,

Could you please re- phrase your requirement.

We create custom application using development tools like App Engine Studio (for low-code development) or  Servicenow Studio (for pro-code development) on the Now Platform.

Whereas we Create Service Catalog using  Catalog Builder or Maintain Items module. RITM  represents a specific product or service ordered from the Service Catalog.
