How to make Watermark is same for all email

when ever record is submitted, system will generate a email and that email contain Watermark (Ref number). and user also send a email from the workspace (compose record tab --> emails) then it generates different Watermark number.
is it possible to make Ref number of emails sent from the Workspace to match the "Ref" number of the initial system generated email for that record.

I don't think so.
Both the emails are different and their source is different so system will create unique ref number each time.

It's not possible, as its unique trigger every time email is sent
