How to make Watermark is same for all email

when ever record is submitted, system will generate a email and that email contain Watermark (Ref number). and  user also send a email from the workspace (compose record tab --> emails) then it generates different Watermark number. 

 

is it possible to make Ref number of emails sent from the Workspace  to match the "Ref" number of the initial system generated email for that record.

No, the reference number is unique and system-generated. Is there any specific reason you need to change it?
It’s more of a platform standard, and it’s better to educate the user that this is how it has been designed to avoid technical debt
