UI macro "catalog_cart_v2" may have been inactivated OR it is missing on the instance.

Resolution

Activate UI macro "catalog_cart_v2".

1. Go to "UI Macros"
2. Search for name "catalog_cart_v2"
3. Activate it.
4. Save

If this UI macro is missing in the instance, please follow the below step.

1. Download the attached OOB version of the UI Macro
2. Open any list view (e.g. sc_cat_item.list)
3. Right-click on a column name
4. Import XML
5. Select the XML file downloaded from this KB article
