Hi Team,
In a Change Request, under the Affected CI related list, I am unable to add new CIs once the Change Request moves beyond the New state. The system only allows adding CIs while the Change Request is in the New state.
However, there are situations where users forget to add all the required CIs during creation and later request to add additional CIs after the Change Request has progressed to another state. When I try to add the CIs at that stage, the system does not allow it.
Is there any way to add or update the Affected CIs after the Change Request has moved beyond the New state? Has anyone faced a similar situation or implemented a workaround for this requirement?
