In Portal getting this error (The page you are looking for could not be found).

Hi  Team,

We have migrated portals and catalog items from one instance to another instance.  After migration there is a button in portal  "Application Access". While clicking on it getting below error:-

We have updated sys_id of this catalog item as well in widget. but still getting above error - Could you please help on this.
