@MadhavThorat  There might be some maintenance activity going on. Check the PDI whether you have any announcements for this.

Hi @MadhavThorat

Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @MadhavThorat

If your instance is offline, you can try the following options:

  • You can release this instance and request a fresh instance but note that this will result in the loss of all your previous work and data.

  • Alternatively, you can wait to see if the issue resolves on its own. If it doesn't after some time, you have to take a fresh instance.

If my response solves your query, please marked helpful by selecting Accept as Solution and Helpful.
Thanks,
Prerna

Hi @MadhavThorat,

on one hand it’s a nuisance that it hibernates quite often and after short time of inactivity.

one the other hand, it is capacity at no cost that ServiceNow provides.

if you have problem with waling it up, what helps me is to log into the Developer site and accessing it from there, it seemed to me it was faster than going to the /login.do window directly.

try it a few more times or in different browser
