Is it possible to create an email notification when an SCTASK is added to the backlog?

Hi @DerenE 

What does "backlog" mean? Are you adding new requests as new items, or do you have a state called "Backlog" in the sc_task table? If the latter, write a condition on the sc_task notification to trigger when the state changes to "Backlog."

When a SCTASK or STORY is added to the backlog as shown.   As an end user I do not believe that I have access to write a trigger.   Thank you for your response.
