issue of Change request on hold notification OOTB.

Hi,

I am not able to getting OOTB notification for Change request on hold notification

i have raised form system admin and ITIL user for standard change request but on hold notification not triggering in emails not getting.

 

Please help me out how to get notification for on hold.

The screenshots you provided look like some RDP issue which looks local issue to me. You need to check your connection for the same.
