Linking Webassessor and ServiceNow Learning Accounts

Under my learning training platform not seeing the preferences to add the mail id.

When I click on my learning link i go to ServiceNow University.

Hi @pradeepekum ,

You can goto your your profile section and click on ServiceNow ID and Contacts

Or if still you are facing error you can log a ticket to servicenow they can resolve in no time.

Still not getting the Preference Section.

I need to follow these steps to get ID linked:

Linking Webassessor and ServiceNow Learning Accounts
1. Log in to the Now Learning training platform.
2. Click the circle in the upper-right with your initials (or photo) and choose Profile from
the drop-down menu.
3. Your Profile will open on the left-hand side, from there choose My Preferences and the
Webassessor Email Address.
4. Enter your email address and click Save. Note: You can only have one Now Learning
account synced to your Webassessor account. You can click Edit to enter or change the
linked Webassessor email.
