Hi , need help with the output , I have changed the filter, changed the state of the top 10 P1 critical incidents and also made change in the sort by removing updated by and opened. Did make changes to the category to software , being said , I did remove the assigned to that was already there and changed it to one person .

Is the case failing because of that small change that I made .

Hi @sarthakwankhade

Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes. (10 rows will be updated.)

result count should be 10
