1. Impersonate Platform user.

2. Set your instance preferences to show date and time formats on forms.

3. Set your instance preferences to show help tips on forms.

1. First impersonate the user from Your profile icon at the Upper right corner > Impersonate user = Platform user.
2. Then Preferences > Accessibility > show date and time formats on forms.
3. Preferences > Display > show help tips on forms.

Hi @swatis22,

you don't personalise your instance but a user, which means you kind of become that person in a sense...

you will do it in the top-right corner click impersonate and find that user and confirm.

Then you do this:

And with that you will enable the tips.

Let me know if that helped and if I remember correctly there were two toggles to be enabled, go one by one in the right menu from my screenshot to find the required ones, enabled them and validate your task.
