Hi @AathithyaD,

nobody can reset any instance for you, it must be all done by you.

Firstly, it's good to realise what instance is that, is it related to some training? If so, these are usually available just a few days (unless manually extended) and if you missed that chance it is lost forever and to complete the lab you might need to start again from scratch.

We don't see into your account, so locate the trainings/course that you took and if there's no instance, then request a new one

Please log a Now Support case, mate. The Now Learning team can help, as these are lab instances and require support from ServiceNow.

Hi @AathithyaD,

It's good to be mindful that you can only have two lab instances running concurrently across different courses - you should see details of your current instances to save you from gong back through all of your completed courses when you hit the limit:

It's good practice to terminate a lab instance once you're finished with it (rather than just waiting for it to expire) so that you don't run into this issue in future. From personal experience, it can take a little while for a lab instance to terminate so refresh the page until it shows as terminated to be on the safe side.

If you're sure you haven't hit the limit then you'll need to log a case as @Dr Atul G- LNG states because as @GlideFather states, no-one in the ServiceNow Community can see or action that for you.

Hope you're able to progress your training soon 🙂
