My PDI is offline for past 2 hours, Any solution for this

Hi @SurapureddyD ,
Nothing can be done from our side. Servicenow are no longer monitoring anything related to personal instances and they have disabled feedback option used to be there on Developer site. Hence, wait it will be resolved automatically.
Even I was facing the same issue. It was showing Undergoing maintenance and instance was Offline.
You have to wait until it gets fixed automatically.

Hello @SurapureddyD
There is no official support for PDI. You can wait for it to come up cannot say about time in this case or you can release this instance and get a new PDI and proceed with your learning or exploring stuff you want to.
Note - This is not just you are facing issue many folks are facing same issue.

Hi @SurapureddyD PDI is going under Maintenance and there is no support and once it will done you will get notification

I've been facing the same problem since this morning. If you do not have any important data in your instance, then release the current instance and request a new one. it will take around 5 mins to get new instance.
