There is a need to show different workspaces to different user roles for a custom application as their default landing pages. Could anyone please suggest on how this can be achieved?
I referred to an article https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-forum/how-to-redirect-agent-to-different-page-c... but it didn't help. Not sure if normal users can be covered under this article for service portal.
