Request to Change CSA Exam Mode from Online to Onsite

Dear ServiceNow Certification Support Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I recently scheduled my Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam through the ServiceNow Certification Portal and mistakenly selected the online proctored option. I would prefer to take the exam onsite at a test center instead.

Could you please advise me on the process to reschedule or change the exam mode from online to onsite?

Here are my exam details:

first of all, this is a publicly accessible forum, maybe you don't want to share your personal details!!! Anonymise it might be a good idea :))

Secondly, create a case at the SN University > Help Centre, absolute majority of this forum is on the same level as you and thus cannot help you. Perhaps @Jim Poisson (tagging for visibility).

Based on my previous experience, you need to cancel the exam and then rebook it. Since the venue has been changed, it’s better to log a Now Learning case to get confirmation from the team—they can assist you further.
