Need Guidance on Triggering Emails Using Playbook in Catalog-Based Onboarding

I have configured a Playbook that is triggered when a catalog item request (RITM) is created.
In this catalog item, the requester submits details for a new user onboarding (Name, Email ID, and Manager Email ID).
I want the Playbook to automatically send an email to the new user with links to mandatory trainings.
After the user completes the trainings, the Playbook should then trigger another email with instructions on the next steps for requesting access.
How can this be achieved using Playbook?
Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.
