Newbie to ServiceNow

I'm not sure if this is the right place. I am seeing ServiceNow as a must have in multiple places. I have no experience with it and want to learn more. I am interested in certifications but I believe the CSA one will be too much for a beginner.

Is anyone able to share some insight?

Ok so should I abandon the Associate Implementer? I see a "CSA learning path" on the home screen. should I focus on that?

Hi @jlane0918

If you’ve already started the journey, don’t abandon it. Put it on hold for now, start with the CSA path and complete it first, and then return to the journey to gain more knowledge

Hi @jlane0918

CSA is the first and foremost course and certification in the ServiceNow journey. Yes, it’s important for anyone who wants to start in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

You can begin with the Admin journey, where you’ll go through multiple courses, including CSA, and gain knowledge about the platform. You can also refer to my channel, where you’ll find the Batch 17 playlist dedicated entirely to CSA."
