not able to access the notifications on service now mobile agent app

Unable to access details of incidents/notifications on the servicenow agent app on the mobile.
I do get the notification, but when clicking to open in servicenow agent on phone, it gives error "Update failed. Please try again at a later time".

It looks like this might be a device-specific issue.Try to reinstall the app

small change in the question that, the user is getting notifications correctly . But when he is clicking on them to open , it gives error.

It worked, re-installing the app.
