Not able to add users in scheduled email of report

Hi Team,

 

I am working on a scheduled email of report in ServiceNow and i am unable the users field

 

the filed appears read only/ not allowing to add or remove users even I have full admin access and report admin access also

I can't recreate this issue in my instance, so maybe you have a custom UI Policy making it read only or a custom ACL? I would check those first. If that doesn't show anything, maybe a custom Business Rule or Client Script that executes onLoad?

Hi Vallabha,

Are you Admin user?

If not, request admin/Operation team to fix it as it seems there is write ACL on sys_user table with the role where you are not part of.
