request lab instance not found how to solve this issue

Please log a new learning case for this. Since all lab instances are currently consumed, you will need to reach out to the Now Learning team to get support. @damodar

Hi @damodar 

 

ServiceNow University limits users to two concurrent active lab instances across all courses.

If you see your instance terminated- it could be the case that you exceeding your quota, it means you have two instances currently running or marked in progress.

 

Just check for which other course you have requested lab instance. Release there and request from this course again.

 

If have not requested, in that case raise a case to Now learning support within ServiceNow university.
