One Identity Manager for service catalog

Dear Community,

I'm currently using a trial version of ServiceNow and attempting to install the One Identity Manager for Service Catalog. However, I'm unable to complete the installation request. When I click on "Request Install," I'm redirected to a login page, and after entering my credentials, I receive the following error message: "Sorry, you can't log in with this ServiceNow ID."

Could anyone guide me on how to successfully install One Identity Manager for Service Catalog on a trial instance of ServiceNow? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

When you say trail version are you referring to PDI? if yes then we cant install store app in PDI. Store app available only for client instance.
