Hi everyone,

My ServiceNow PDI is showing Offline in the Developer portal, as shown in the attached screenshot.

I have tried clicking the Refresh button, but the status is still showing Offline.

Could someone please guide me on how to bring the PDI back online or restart the instance?

Thanks

Hi @cyntexaoffi

It takes time, you might get back in 10-12 hrs , sharing my personal experience.

Hi @cyntexaoffi,

Please wait; it may take some time to become workable. There is currently an issue related to uncertainty in the PDI.

Please mark helpful & correct answer if its worthy for you.

Hi @cyntexaoffi , try refreshing the instance from developer portal, might still take time. Refreshing and trying again to wake it up worked for me several times.

ServiceNow does not support any tickets/cases for PDI related issues.

If this response helps you mark it as accepted solution and give it a thumbs up 👍. This help me and community to find answers quickly.

Hello @cyntexaoffi ,

Don’t worry, buddy. This has been happening with multiple users these days. My instance also went offline after some time, but it came back online on its own.

You just need to wait for some time and then try logging in again. In rare cases, the instance may not come back online. If it still doesn’t come back after waiting for a while, you can release the instance and request a new one.

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Regards,

Aditya
