I am unable to access my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) because the phone number associated with my account for MFA verification is not mine. I believe it was entered incorrectly when the account was created.

I am requesting assistance to recover my account or update the MFA phone number so I can regain access.

Hi @HedouvilleJ

Quick suggestion: MFA is not required in PDI. If you are not using your current PDI, you can reset it.

Hi @HedouvilleJ

MFA is not required for PDI.

Try with

1. Go to the Developer Site, log in, navigate to "Manage instance" and select "Reset admin password" to generate new credentials.

Install the MFA and provide the details again.

OR

2. Copy the URL and paste it in another tab with suffix /login.do
example : https://<your_instance_name>/login.do
