The reason you're seeing a difference is that the video shows the old interface, and the platform has now moved to the Next Experience UI.
No need to worry—here’s how you can fix it:

Log in to developer.servicenow.com

Go to your profile
-
On the left side, open the Instance Recreate section

Select Change User Role
-
Change the role from AES to Admin
-
Save your changes
-
Log out and then log back into your PDI instance
