Playbook template

Hi friends,
I’m currently learning CSM and trying to create Playbooks. As per the guidance I received earlier, there should be a Playbook Template option, but I’m unable to find it. Could anyone please guide me on where to locate the Playbook option in ServiceNow?

Have you installed the necessary plugins?

Hi Mega, I have installed all necessary plugins but still not getting Playbook templates option.

Except plugins is there any licence required to access Playbook templates?
